To become a member of www.stellartravelogue.com costs nothing. Simply click on the 'Register With Us' button on the left of this page, and within three working days, you'll receive a unique login ID and password from us.

Each user name has a unique identity and cannot be changed. However, should you want to change your password you can do this by selecting 'Account Settings' from the drop-down menu next to your name (top right corner of the page) and clicking on the 'Agency Details' tab.

To make a payment to your account, you need to click on 'Make Payment' in the 'Accounts' drop-down menu. This will take you to a page where you can quickly and easily pay any amount into your account.

Yes, you can hold a booking for 24 hours. You then need to confirm that booking within the 24 hour period; otherwise the reservation will automatically be released.

You can request a copy of e-tickets that have been booked at any time via the Stellar Travelogue portal. Simply access the ticket queue, from where you can print it out or make a request for it to be e-mailed to you.

Boarding passes are given to customers at the time of check-in. Ensure they take their e-ticket and one form of identification with them when travelling.

It's possible to cancel flights from within the 'Ticket Queue' screen. Here you need to select the 'Request Change' option for the relevant PNR.

Each airline has its own cancellation policy. Therefore, we suggest that you always cancel the flight as early as possible, and certainly no less than two hours before the departure time.

You can book up to nine seats at a time (except Jet Lite)

Online Card Payments

Visa, Master and American Express Card payments are processed through an online payment gateway system. You need not worry about your card information falling into the wrong hands because your bank will authorize the card transaction directly without any information passing through us. If the payment on the credit card is declined for some reason, alternate payment instructions must be received by Stellar Travelogue 72 hours prior to the time of departure; else, the order is liable to be cancelled.

Stellar Travelogue charges a service fee on all domestic airline bookings. In case of cancellation of booking, this fee is non-refundable.

What is an e-ticket?

An e-ticket (electronic ticket) is a paperless electronic document with a unique confirmation number given to passengers in place of a paper ticket. Passengers are required to produce the unique confirmation number at the airport airline counter to claim the e-ticket. How will I get my e-ticket details?

Your e-ticket details will be sent to the email address provided by you at the time of booking. If you do not receive your e-ticket within 8 hours of making your booking with stellartravelogue.com, please call our Customer Care Representative. Stellar Travelogue shall not be liable if customers do not comply with this requirement.

Is it necessary to carry my e-ticket with me?

Yes, it is mandatory for you to carry a copy of your e-ticket as sent by Stellar Travelogue. In the event that you fail to present a copy of your e-ticket, Stellar Travelogue will not be held responsible if the Airline does not issue a boarding pass/ disallows you from travelling.

How will I get my boarding pass for an e-Ticket?

You need to show your e-ticket confirmation email and e-ticket along with a photo identity proof (passport, driver's license etc.) at the airline check-in counter. Thereafter the airline representative will issue your boarding pass.

Prepaid Ticket Advice ("PTA") A PTA is a Prepaid Ticket Advice. We will give you a PTA number that you need to present at the airport check-in counter of the airline. The airline representative will print and give you your ticket at that time.
